Heart to Handle is een stichting opgezet door studenten. Elk jaar gaat er een team studenten een sportieve uitdaging aan om zoveel mogelijk geld op te halen voor een goed doel dat te maken heeft met hart en vaatziekten. Inmiddels bestaat H2H 8 jaar en is het een groot begrip geworden in de studentenwereld. Dit jaar gaan 8 Delftse studenten namens deze stichting 2700km fietsen. Deze groep bestaat uit 4 jongens en 4 meisjes, die tot voorkort nog nooit op een racefiets hebben gezeten. Waarom doen we dit? Nederland heeft ongeveer 1,4 miljoen hartpatiënten. Bovendien worden dagelijks 730 mensen opgenomen in het ziekenhuis vanwege hart- en vaatziekten. Verder onderzoek is dus hard nodig.
